Jennifer started her dance career at the age of five years old at the Loretta Legge Theatre School where she passed in all grades of Ballet, Tap and Modern. As a young student she assisted with teaching and was already performing in professional productions. At the age of 16 she then went on to further her training at Phil Winstons Theatre College Blackpool, Where she gained her Associate Ballet passing with honours enabling her to enter students into examinations in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Musical Theatre

Following graduation she began an exciting professional career which commenced in Germany as a cast member of “We Will Rock You” The Queen Musical written by Ben Elton and choreographed by Arlene Phillips working along side many well known people such as Brian May and Roger Taylor.

This was then followed by several years working all over the world with Princess Cruise Lines, where she gained an array of experience in many different genres of dance which also included her being introduced to the art of Aerial and Hoop performing.

Jennifer has also been involved in many professional pantomime productions as a Dancer and Dance captain, performing alongside her students.

For the past four years she has returned to her home town and worked continuously at the Loretta Legge Theatre School as a full time dance teacher, gaining experience teaching students from the age of 2 to adult classes.

During this time she has been involved in the production and choreography of all shows at the school.

Jennifer is a passionate teacher and is extremely excited to be passing on her extensive knowledge and experience at the Jennifer Walters Theatre School.
